Job Description

We are searching for a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Charlotte. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations, ensuring compliance while advocating for quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all operational aspects of the healthcare facility.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate and optimize resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for healthcare compliance.
  • Oversee the development of strategic planning initiatives.
  • Facilitate training and development workshops for staff.
  • Implement performance improvement initiatives.
  • Address and resolve patient grievances and issues.
  • Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of patient records.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management is a plus
