Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chemical Supervisor to oversee our chemical production operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of chemicals in accordance with industry standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise chemical production processes to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Train and manage chemical operators and technicians for optimal performance.
• Implement process improvements and foster a continuous improvement culture.
• Regularly assess and enhance the quality of chemical production.
• Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and address any technical issues.
• Ensure team adherence to safety practices and environmental protocols.
• Compile and analyze production data, providing insights for strategic decisions.
• Foster teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges.
• Engage in training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in chemical production or manufacturing
