Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's in Engineering Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical product design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• ANSYS

Soft Skills

• Project management
• Effective communication

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certification
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
