Job Description

We are seeking skilled Cytogenetic Technologists to join our laboratory team. The ideal candidate will perform advanced laboratory procedures and analyses related to genetic testing, ensuring accuracy and reliability in results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cytogenetic analyses, including karyotyping and FISH.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and regulations.
• Prepare samples for testing and manage laboratory inventory.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues with laboratory instruments.
• Maintain precise documentation of testing procedures and results.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care strategies.
• Engage in continuous education and training to advance professional skills.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience with laboratory equipment and molecular diagnostic testing

Technical Skills

• Statistical Analysis
• Computer Skills

Advantageous

• Master's degree in a relevant field: Advanced education in Medical Laboratory Science or a related discipline.
