Job Description

As a Pill Coater, you will take charge of coating tablets and capsules with various substances. You will be operating and maintaining state-of-the-art coating machines, ensuring that production standards are met with precision and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the operation and routine maintenance of pill coating machines.
  • Ensure proper preparation of coating solutions for various pharmaceutical products.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust the coating processes for quality improvements.
  • Implement and document quality assurance practices to certify product integrity.
  • Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely supply of raw materials.
  • Participate in staff meetings to share insights on operational efficiency.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to meet productivity goals.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant role
