Job Responsibilities
  • Handle the operation and routine maintenance of pill coating machines.
  • Ensure proper preparation of coating solutions for various pharmaceutical products.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust the coating processes for quality improvements.
  • Implement and document quality assurance practices to certify product integrity.
  • Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely supply of raw materials.
  • Participate in staff meetings to share insights on operational efficiency.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to meet productivity goals.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Attention to detail High ability to maintain precision and accuracy in tasks.
  • Equipment handling Proficient in operating various types of manufacturing machinery.
  • Coating techniques Knowledgeable in different coating methods and materials.
  • Good communication Effective communication with team members and supervisors.
  • Problem-solving Strong skills in troubleshooting operational issues.
  • GMP Certification
  • OSHA Safety Training
  • English (Fluent)
