Healthcare Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in our Miami facility. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of nursing practices and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established protocols.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients about medications, treatments, and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care activities.
• Provide health education and resources to enhance patient knowledge.
• Document patient information and care activities in electronic health records.
• Attend and contribute to case review meetings and interdisciplinary rounds.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Certification in a specialty area preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting

• IV Therapy
• Wound Care

• Adaptability

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR): Familiarity with EHR systems to document patient care efficiently.
• Bilingual abilities: Fluency in Spanish is a plus for patient communication.
