Job Description
As a Knitter Helper, you will assist experienced knitters in the production of high-quality knitted fabrics and garments. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and has a knack for teamwork.
Responsibilities
Help with setting up and operating knitting machines.
Monitor the knitting process to ensure quality control.
Maintain inventory of yarns and materials.
Collaborate with other departments as needed.
Participate in quality assurance checks during production.
Assist in training new employees on production processes.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards.
Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors.
Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements
Education
Certification in textile manufacturing or related field preferred
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
