Job Description

As a Lapel Padder, you will be at the forefront of our production process, responsible for the padding and sewing of lapels onto garments. Your expertise will contribute to the high-quality finishes of our tailored products, ensuring that each suit and jacket we produce meets our stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform padding and sewing of lapels with attention to detail.
• Operate and maintain sewing machines to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Perform quality assurance checks on finished products.
• Communicate effectively with the production team regarding project timelines.
• Keep detailed records of production runs and any issues encountered.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of materials used for lapel padding.
• Follow production schedules and deadlines rigorously.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in garment manufacturing is strongly preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in garment production and lapel padding

Languages
