Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Ripshear Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining specialized ripshear machinery to ensure precision cuts in various materials. Your keen eye for detail and your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be essential.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer orders and ensure food quality.
• Handle financial transactions and provide change.
• Respond positively to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Keep the counter and serving area clean and presentable.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
• Participate in training sessions for new employees.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of food service areas.
• Ensure effective communication with team members.
• Monitor stock levels and notify management of shortages.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food handling certification is a plus.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
