Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Computer User Support Specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering software training to clients, creating informative training materials, and providing ongoing support to ensure effective usage of our software products. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging training sessions, both online and offline.
  • Maintain a library of training resources and ensure they are accessible to clients.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust training methods as necessary.
  • Provide feedback to software development teams about user experience and suggested improvements.
  • Document training outcomes and compile reports on training effectiveness.
  • Encourage client engagement and provide personalized support based on their needs.
  • Advise on best practices in using our software products.
  • Actively participate in professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software training or technical support
