Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Milk Inspector to join our quality control team at Top Quality Dairy Co. The right candidate will be responsible for inspecting and testing milk products to guarantee they meet our rigorous safety and quality standards. This pivotal role enhances customer safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and approve milk quality before distribution.
• Perform laboratory analysis on milk samples.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop training programs.
• Review and enhance quality assurance protocols.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in product quality.
• Facilitate communication between different departments regarding quality issues.
• Implement corrective actions for any quality discrepancies identified.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 2+ years of previous experience as a Milk Inspector or in food quality control

Technical Skills

• Statistical Analysis Software
• Quality Assurance Processes

Certifications

• HACCP Certified

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Dairy Processing: Previous experience in a dairy production environment is highly advantageous.
• Regulatory Compliance Experience: Experience working with USDA inspectors or similar regulatory bodies.
