Job Description

We are seeking motivated Helpers in the Installation, Maintenance, and Repair field. You will assist experienced technicians and gain invaluable expertise in elevator systems and their maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support elevator technicians with installation tasks and repairs.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and ready for use.
• Document work performed accurately and report issues to the lead technician.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Learn and apply best practices in elevator maintenance and safety.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a construction or mechanical setting is preferred but not required.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Hand tool proficiency

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Attention to detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Elevator trade certification: Certification in elevator maintenance or repair is a plus.
• Previous experience in a construction-related industry: Experience in any construction field is beneficial.
