The Producer Arborist Manager will play a vital role in managing the arboricultural operations of Green Earth Solutions. Your responsibilities will include guiding a dedicated team of arborists, developing project plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. This position demands a proactive leader who excels in strategizing tree preservation and care projects. Responsibilities

  • Direct the activities of a team of arborists, ensuring a high level of supervision and support.
  • Craft and execute arboricultural plans and strategies tailored to various project demands.
  • Supervise tree assessments and care programs to promote healthy urban forestry.
  • Engage with clients and contractors to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Manage project resources effectively to optimize output and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks during all phases of tree management.
  • Research industry best practices and integrate them into operational protocols.
  • Generate detailed reports on budgeting, project status, and performance benchmarks.
  • Foster long-term client relationships to enhance service opportunities.
  • Maintain compliance with environmental and safety regulations in arboriculture.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or related field
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in tree care and management
