Job Description

The Slubber Hand will be responsible for operating and maintaining slubbing machines in an industrial manufacturing setting. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve production goals.

Responsibilities

  • Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines.
  • Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments for quality output.
  • Perform troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and safety practices.
  • Prepare daily reports on production outputs and machine performance.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience in a textile manufacturing setting is preferred.
