Job Description

We are seeking an Internal Auditor to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing compliance with laws and regulations, ensuring the integrity of financial statements, and enhancing operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Implement audit plans and methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of controls.
• Provide support for the organization’s internal and external audits.
• Draft audit policies and procedures to enhance compliance.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement within financial operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Relevant certifications such as CIA or CISA are preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in internal audit or relevant finance roles
