We are seeking a Wood Room Supervisor to oversee operations within our wood processing facility. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of woodworking techniques, and a proven background in managing inventories and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Document and report on production performance and efficiency metrics.
• Ensure that all wood products meet safety and quality standards.
• Actively engage in problem-solving concerning production issues.
• Collaborate with other department supervisors to optimize production processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the wood processing industry.
