Job Description
As an Apple Thinner, you will play a vital role in managing the thinning process to ensure optimal growth and quality of our apple products. You will oversee the production, guide junior staff, and maintain high standards in the nursery and orchard.
Responsibilities
Lead the team in apple thinning activities.
Ensure that all practices adhere to sustainable agriculture standards.
Collaborate with agronomists to analyze the health of the orchards.
Facilitate communication between team members and management.
Manage inventory of supplies necessary for thinning operations.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
2-3 years of experience in a farm setting, ideally with a focus on fruit preservation.

Certifications
