Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Entry Keyer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining electronic typesetting machines, ensuring accurate and precise typesetting according to client specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up typesetting projects and operate electronic machines efficiently.
• Verify the accuracy of typeset documents and make adjustments as necessary.
• Work alongside designers to meet specific project requirements.
• Conduct quality checks of printed materials prior to completion.
• Document and maintain machine maintenance records.
• Assist in collaborative projects and team meetings.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and practices.
• Innovate processes to improve efficiency and output.
• Mentor new team members on the use of typesetting machines.
• Participate in training and development sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred

Experience

• Preferred experience operating typesetting machines in a production environment

Technical Skills

• CorelDRAW
• Proofreading

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience troubleshooting typesetting machines: Ability to identify and fix minor issues with equipment.
