Job Description

As the Consumer Affairs Director, you play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of consumer-related activities within the organization. You will be responsible for managing consumer complaints, ensuring compliance with consumer protection laws, and implementing effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree or advanced certification in Customer Relations is preferred
