Job Description

As a Switchboard Operator with our leading facilities management company, you will oversee incoming calls, prioritize service requests, and collaborate with various departments. Your role is pivotal in maintaining high customer satisfaction and improving service quality through effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to clients.
  • Maintain records of service requests and follow up as necessary.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure proper service execution.
  • Supervise and train new staff on service operations.
  • Assist in preparing service reports and performance evaluations.
  • Actively monitor service delivery to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field preferred
Experience
