Job Description

As a Returns Clerk, you will manage and process product returns efficiently and organized. Your role involves coordinating with customers and internal departments to resolve return-related issues and ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect returned items for damage or defects and process appropriately.
  • Verify return requests against purchase records to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to arrange the return of items to suppliers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering queries related to returns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in return processing areas.
  • Develop training materials on return processing procedures for new hires.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
