As a Returns Clerk, you will manage and process product returns efficiently and organized. Your role involves coordinating with customers and internal departments to resolve return-related issues and ensure high-quality service.
Responsibilities
Inspect returned items for damage or defects and process appropriately.
Verify return requests against purchase records to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with logistics teams to arrange the return of items to suppliers.
Provide excellent customer service by answering queries related to returns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in return processing areas.
Develop training materials on return processing procedures for new hires.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
