As a Shear Grinder Operator Helper, you will assist the lead operator in managing grinding machines that sharpen cutting tools. This position requires a keen eye for detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively within a team to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize workspace and materials for operations.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed.

Requirements

Education

Experience

• Previous experience in manufacturing preferred.
