As an Industrial Engineer, you'll design and implement efficient systems by optimizing processes and using advanced statistics to enhance productivity and quality. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with lean manufacturing techniques and be adept at problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Design workflows and processes for the enhanced performance of operations.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to develop product specifications.
• Evaluate suppliers and lead efforts in supplier quality improvement.
• Conduct studies and evaluations of production systems.
• Report on findings and make recommendations for operational improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing environment
