Industrial Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to analyze and improve our production processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, information, and energy. You will collaborate closely with various departments to identify bottlenecks, enhance productivity, and contribute to cost reduction strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop workflow diagrams to visualize operational processes.
• Collaborate with management to establish production goals.
• Use statistical tools to analyze data and improve products and processes.
• Implement cost-effective manufacturing practices.
• Evaluate production schedules and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Conduct time studies to measure productivity and identify areas for improvement.
• Train staff on new processes and technologies introduced.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing and process engineering roles
