Industrial Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to analyze and improve our production processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, information, and energy. You will collaborate closely with various departments to identify bottlenecks, enhance productivity, and contribute to cost reduction strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assess current manufacturing processes for complexity and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement new systems to enhance production efficiency.
• Work closely with quality assurance to maintain product standards.
• Research and recommend new tools and equipment for production enhancements.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support product development initiatives.
• Prepare reports for management outlining process improvements.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols in manufacturing activities.
• Lead workshops for continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing and process engineering roles

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
