People Greeter

Job Description

As a People Greeter, you'll be the face of our organization, welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring every visitor feels valued and informed, directing them to their desired locations while maintaining a hospitable atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers as they arrive.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance.
• Ensure a positive and inviting environment.
• Guide visitors to their desired locations within the venue.
• Communicate customer needs to staff appropriately.
• Keep the entrance area neat and tidy.
• Assist in managing customer flow and queues.
• Provide product information and promotions to guests.
• Work closely with other team members for smooth service.
• Address and resolve any customer complaints professionally.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a retail or customer service environment

Technical Skills

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Point of Sale (POS) systems

Soft Skills

• Warmth and friendliness
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Spanish: Basic
