We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Thermostat Repairer to join our energetic team. The successful candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude and keen attention to detail, enabling effective troubleshooting and repair of various thermostat systems. Responsibilities

• Calibrate and install HVAC control systems.
• Conduct site visits to assess equipment needs.
• Assist in the development of new service protocols.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Collaborate with other technicians to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of HVAC training program or apprenticeship preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in thermostat repair or HVAC field preferred

Technical Skills

• Smart Thermostat Experience
• HVAC System Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• HVAC Excellence Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Smart Thermostats: Hands-on experience with installing and troubleshooting smart thermostats and HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems: Familiarity with building automation and integration of HVAC controls.
