Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated Military Lawyer to join our legal team. In this position, you'll provide legal counsel to military personnel, advising them on disciplinary actions and legal rights. Your role will involve conducting legal research, representing clients at hearings, and staying updated on military regulations. Strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively under pressure are crucial for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for clients in administrative hearings and disputes.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to military personnel regarding their rights and obligations.
  • Prepare for and represent clients at courts-martial and other legal proceedings.
  • Analyze and interpret military laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Engage in community outreach to provide educational resources on military law.
  • Attend seminars and professional development courses to enhance legal knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with military and civilian legal entities.
  • Draft legal documents and various correspondence for cases.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and legal staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal precedents affecting military law.

Requirements

Education
  • Law degree from an accredited institution
Experience
  • Prior experience as a military lawyer or in a related legal field is highly desirable.
