Job Description
As a Certified Legal Investigator, you will conduct comprehensive investigations for legal cases. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to upholding legal and ethical standards.
Responsibilities
Lead investigations into complex legal matters requiring extensive research.
Analyze complex data and evidence to support legal arguments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough case preparation.
Prepare reports that accurately reflect investigation findings.
Engage with law enforcement and external agencies when necessary.
Testify in depositions and trials regarding investigative work.
Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information gathered during investigations.
Manage multiple cases simultaneously while ensuring high-quality work.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or a related field
Master's degree in Criminal Justice is a plus
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal investigations.
