Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Faith Doctor to join our compassionate team. In this role, you will provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and their families, integrating faith-based practices into healthcare plans.
Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver presentations on the role of faith in health.
Evaluate and improve spiritual care services based on patient feedback.
Provide training and guidance to new team members on spiritual care principles.
Engage in personal and professional development through continued education.
Foster an inclusive environment where all spiritual beliefs are respected.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Theology, Divinity, or related field
Ordination from a recognized denomination is required
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in spiritual counseling or pastoral care
