Job Description

As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in finding and renting properties that meet their needs. You will leverage your communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate lease agreements and provide expert advice on the local real estate market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, and other industry professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations for rental properties.
  • Prepare and manage legal documentation including lease agreements and rental applications.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filling out paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
