Job Description

As an Industrial Machinery Mechanic, you will be at the forefront of equipment maintenance and repair. Your expertise will help ensure our production lines run smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain pumps, turbines, and motors.
• Perform routine lubrication and adjustments on machinery.
• Identify areas for improvement in machinery operation.
• Work closely with engineering to optimize equipment performance.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules with minimal disruption to production.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Train staff on proper operational practices.
• Monitor machinery for unusual noises or performance issues.
• Prepare equipment for audits and inspections.
• Implement best practices to improve equipment reliability.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade school certificate in mechanical maintenance is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance and repair

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification
