Job Description

As a Blacksmith Helper, you will play an essential role in supporting skilled blacksmiths with various tasks related to forging and shaping metal objects. This position requires physical stamina, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for different forging processes.
• Use various hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Monitor and maintain machinery during operations.
• Work closely with blacksmiths to understand metal properties.
• Assist in product testing and quality assurance processes.
• Keep detailed records of production activities.
• Effectively communicate with team members about workflow.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in blacksmithing preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
