Job Description

We are looking for a talented Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the production of cream-based products, ensuring that all items meet our high-quality standards. You will be responsible for following detailed recipes, operating complex blending machinery, and maintaining rigorous food safety protocols to ensure that every batch is produced efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Precisely measure and mix ingredients for cream-based products.
• Calibrate and operate blending machines with efficiency and care.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Work with other departments to facilitate smooth production flow.
• Document production processes and maintain compliance records.
• Assist in training new operators on blending equipment and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a food manufacturing or similar role

Technical Skills

• Cream-making processes
• Machinery operation
