As a Cellar Worker, you will play a vital role in our wine production process. You will assist in bottling, cleaning, and maintaining cellar equipment. Responsibilities

• Help track and manage inventory of wine bottles and supplies.
• Conduct regular checks on temperature and humidity in the cellar.
• Collaborate with winemakers to implement production schedules.
• Assist in the cleaning and sanitization of winery equipment, tools, and processes.
• Engage in barrel filling and racking processes as directed.
• Participate in staff training and development sessions related to cellar operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal education or certification in wine production preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in winery operations preferred
