Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to join our dynamic team in San Francisco. You will play a crucial role in conducting studies that advance medical knowledge and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the logistics of clinical trial supplies and equipment.
  • Conduct site audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Facilitate communication between investigators and project managers.
  • Assist in the data cleaning process and database management.
  • Coordinate the submission of ethics and regulatory documents.
  • Monitor patient recruitment and retention efforts.
  • Prepare and present study findings to stakeholders.
  • Assist with the budget and financial management of clinical trials.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in trial management.
  • Support the quality assurance process by ensuring compliance with standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Clinical Research or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical trials management
