Job Description

Join our team as a Fishing and Hunting Worker, where you will be responsible for overseeing fish breeding, feeding, and health monitoring. Your expertise in aquaculture will contribute to our mission of providing fresh and sustainable fish to our customers. Responsibilities

  • Supervise all aspects of aquaculture operation, including breeding and feeding.
  • Monitor and document fish health and behavior on a regular basis.
  • Train team members on biosecurity measures and fish handling techniques.
  • Develop, analyze and report on key performance metrics for fish production.
  • Coordinate with environmental scientists for water quality assessments.
  • Assist with fish sales and customer service during distribution events.
  • Manage project budgets and operational costs related to aquaculture.
  • Research and implement new technologies for efficient fish farming.
  • Partner with local schools for educational tours and programs.
  • Participate in industry conferences to stay abreast of advancements.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Aquaculture or related field
Experience
  • 2-4 years of field experience in fish farming
