Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to enhance our design team in San Diego. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces and improving user interactions across digital platforms. You will collaborate with product managers and developers to create seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design strategy for new features and product enhancements.
• Analyze user data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Foster a collaborative design environment, mentoring junior designers.
• Document design processes and maintain design systems for consistency.
• Participate in product strategy discussions to align design goals with business objectives.
• Contribute to the overall brand strategy through thoughtful design.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on UX design experience

• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification
• Interaction Design Foundation Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
