Job Description

We are looking for a creative UX Designer to join our team in Boston. The ideal candidate will be skilled in user research, wireframing, and prototyping. You will collaborate with developers and product managers to create user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to execution, ensuring user requirements are met.
• Develop user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions.
• Collaborate on creating interactive prototypes for user testing.
• Gather and analyze metrics related to user engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide input for product roadmaps based on user research findings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX and UI design
