Job Description

As a Railroad Conductor, you will ensure the safe and efficient operation of trains. Your responsibilities will include supervising crew members, communicating with dispatchers, and overseeing the loading and unloading of cargo and passengers. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a certified conductor training program

Experience

• Preferred experience in transportation or logistics.
