Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Production Worker. You will be integral to our excavation and construction efforts, operating equipment, following safety guidelines, and working closely with our skilled laborers to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Collaborate closely with other production staff and site management.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Follow directions from the Site Manager to complete tasks efficiently.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Be proactive in identifying potential hazards on the worksite.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in construction or heavy industry

Technical Skills

• Heavy Equipment Operation
• Safety Protocols

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Certifications

• OSHA Forklift Certification
• Heavy Equipment Safety Training

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
