Job Description

As a Food and Tobacco Roasting, Baking, and Drying Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of our bakery team, responsible for operating and monitoring baking equipment to ensure the perfect texture and flavor of our pretzels and other baked goods. Your expertise will help us maintain high product standards and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and instructions to prepare pretzel products.
• Operate baking ovens, ensuring proper temperatures are reached.
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any equipment issues.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food safety certification is a plus

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a bakery environment preferred.
