Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Beet Flumer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of beet fluming equipment while adhering to high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire beet fluming process, including washing, slicing, and extracting juice.
• Ensure compliance with production schedules and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and document findings.
• Manage safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Assist in training programs for new employees.
• Utilize data analysis to identify improvements in production efficiency.
• Engage in team meetings to align with production strategies.
• Implement actionable feedback from quality control inspections.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to fulfill customer needs.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree or certification preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food processing or agriculture preferred.
