Job Description

Join our team as a Grinding, Lapping, Polishing, and Buffing Machine Tool Setter, Operator, and Tender, where you will be key in maintaining the quality of finished products. You will manage various tasks, including preparing surfaces and operating polishing and grinding machines.

Responsibilities

• Run polishing machines while adhering to specific guidelines for different materials.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
• Test finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on polishing and grinding machines.
• Document and report any machine malfunctions promptly.
• Engage in continuous learning regarding techniques and safety updates.
• Assist in inventory management of supplies and tools.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members for optimal production outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Technical or vocational training in machining or a related field

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in machine operator roles preferred.
