Job Description

As a Flight Agent, your main responsibility will involve assisting customers in booking flights, managing travel schedules, and providing top-tier customer service. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to solve issues and ensure a seamless travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on travel options and booking processes.
• Identify opportunities for upselling travel packages or services.
• Document and manage customer interactions in booking systems.
• Provide support during peak travel seasons or busy periods.
• Participate in team meetings for continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
• Master’s degree is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years in sales or customer service roles in travel

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of online booking engines
• GDS Systems

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Travel Associate (CTA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• French: Conversational
