The ideal candidate will have prior experience in setting up and operating torsion spring coiling machines, ensuring precise production and compliance with specifications. This role will involve working closely with a collaborative team to optimize production processes and maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate coiling machines following detailed specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Conduct visual and mechanical inspections of finished products.
• Work alongside engineering teams to implement process improvements.
• Record daily production metrics and maintenance activity.
• Train and mentor junior staff on machine operation and safety protocol.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in mechanical engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in setting up and operating torsion spring coiling machines
