Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Troubleshooter to join our team. As a Troubleshooter, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex issues within the production process. Your expertise in troubleshooting will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production metrics to identify patterns and trends that may indicate underlying issues.
• Develop training materials for production teams on troubleshooting and improvement techniques.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions to encourage team collaboration in addressing production challenges.
• Ensure all troubleshooting documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for team members.
• Conduct audits of production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
• Evaluate new troubleshooting methodologies and tools that could enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on troubleshooting.

Technical Skills

• PLC Programming
• Root Cause Analysis
• CAD Software

Certifications

• Certified Production Technician

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with 5 Whys and Fishbone Diagrams: Experience with problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Whys and Fishbone Diagrams.
• Ability to Facilitate Team Meetings: Proven ability to effectively lead and facilitate team gatherings to solve issues.
