Responsibilities

• Monitor sewing machines during production to ensure they operate correctly.
• Conduct routine maintenance and address any technical issues promptly.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high-quality outputs.
• Maintain a workspace that is safe, organized, and free from hazards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding production processes.
• Assist with training new employees on machine operation and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in textile or manufacturing settings preferred.
