Job Description

As a Courseware Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality instructional materials tailored for diverse audiences. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts, you will create engaging e-learning content that enhances the educational experience.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement innovative teaching methods and technology.
• Assist in developing training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Create engaging learning experiences using a variety of multimedia elements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine course effectiveness and iterate based on user data.
• Identify trends in e-learning to increase engagement and retention.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for faculty on best e-learning practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Instructional Design or Education is preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in instructional design, especially in e-learning environments

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Video Production

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Time Management

Certifications

• eLearning Design Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in corporate training environments: Experience working with corporate clients to create learning solutions.
