Product Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our Chicago team. In this role, you will conceptualize and design user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience across our products. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to turn ideas into functional designs, utilizing your expertise in UX/UI principles. Responsibilities

• Lead design sprints and workshops to accelerate product development.
• Develop and maintain a design system that evolves with user needs.
• Create visual assets and animations for our digital products.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design specifications.
• Analyze user behavior through A/B testing and make data-driven design decisions.
• Facilitate user interviews and feedback sessions for continuous improvement.
• Align design strategies with overall product vision and goals.
• Contribute to the team’s innovation processes by presenting new ideas and concepts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
• Master's degree in a design discipline is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing your work
