Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Steel Buffer to join our team. The Steel Buffer will be responsible for preparing and finishing metal surfaces with precision and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outputs.
Responsibilities
- Set up and adjust machines for optimal performance.
- Monitor production quality and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Train new team members on best practices and safety standards.
- Record and report any anomalies or maintenance needs.
Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Experience with large-scale steel projects is advantageous.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of abrasive materials
- Familiarity with grinding tools
Soft Skills
- Teamwork

- Experience in quality control: Background in inspecting metal work for quality assurance.
